In 1995, at the age of 22, I had to take over the reigns of Orel International Holdings after the demise of my father.
It has been an unbelievable journey ever since and I was fortunate enough to grow the 1 million dollar business with 200 employees to a 100 million dollar global enterprise with over 5000 employees, operating across 5 continents. Our success has always been attributed to our teams determination, for our passion for innovation and our culture.
My vision is to one day for Orel to become a 1 Billion dollar global enterprise
Very early on I started to practice a principal centered leadership style and decided never to get engaged in few businesses, no matter how profitable they may be.
