I am thrilled to announce that on April 19th, 2024, Orel Group in Singapore will become the digital headquarters for all of our global businesses. This strategic move will unite our three pillars of business: Power, Data, and Water.
In 1995, at the young age of 22, I was tasked with taking over Orel Group following the passing of my father. Since then, it has been a gratifying journey, growing from a $1 million company with 200 employees to a flourishing multinational organization with over 5000 staff, operating in 5 continents.
Our success is a result of our unwavering determination, passion for innovation, and adherence to our cultural ethos of pursuing excellence. My vision is to see Orel soar to the $1 billion mark at an exponential 10X pace.
From the beginning, I have practiced principled leadership, choosing to forego certain businesses, no matter how profitable they may seem. I am immensely proud to say that we have never strayed from our core values and beliefs, enabling us to create a thriving business over time.
